Simple pricing to create a verifiable proof.
Codex-Log turns your photos into a dated proof file, stored in your vault and easy to share when needed.
1 proof · 3 photos
$9 excl. VAT
Ideal for a simple situation: parcel, property detail, small damage, or one specific item you want to keep documented.
1 proof · 6 photos
$12 excl. VAT
Recommended to properly document a situation: move-out report, vehicle, works, rental property or potential dispute.
What is verifiable.
Each Codex proof is a complete proof file. This file receives a unique Codex number, which can be verified online.
The photos added to the file are attached to that proof. The Codex number does not apply to each photo separately, but to the complete proof file.
For a clearer proof, we recommend grouping photos related to the same situation: a property, a vehicle, a parcel, a construction site, damage, or a move-out report.
Can I mix several situations?
Yes, technically you can.
But Codex-Log is more useful when each proof file documents one clear situation: a move-out report, a vehicle before return, a damaged parcel, a construction site or visible damage.
If the photos concern very different situations, it is better to create separate proof files. Each file will be clearer, easier to read, and easier to share.
Need several proofs?
Packs allow you to create several Codex proof files at a more advantageous rate.

Create proof before a problem appears.
A photo alone can be challenged. A Codex file gives it a clearer, dated, stored and shareable framework.
The verifiable Codex number applies to the complete proof file, not to each photo taken separately.
